I really like this grinder; I make a big thing of cold brew every week and figured it was about time to outsource the labor of burr grinding to a machine. It works well. Like other reviews have mentioned, it can get messy and there is some static cling, but it's not really a big deal for me.After a while, the grinder dial got stuck and I think there's a bean stuck somewhere it shouldn't be. Customer service was fantastic though.
