Cleaning was a bit tricky because you cannot submerse it so all you have to do is figure out how to clean it without getting it wet that’s a bit on the tricky side are used a wipe and I used it several times just to make sure I get all the residue out it is on the noisy side of the amount I paid in the amount of time it’s running it’s worth itYes, it’s my fault and I’m stuck with it. I won’t return it because this mistake is all on me. I didn’t read past ‘Cuisinart'. It is NOT multipurpose. It is coffee bean only. My old grinder did both. I looked at others that were same price and multipurpose. I saw the brand and assumed. I can’t believe that Cuisinart would 'cheap down' a simple upgrade and not make their product grind both beans and spices. But it’s great for coffee! Good capacity.Obviously it’s loud, it’s a grinder. It’s not crazy loud, but it’s not quiet. It works excellent and it’s super easy to gauge what kind of grind you have by looking through the clear top. I was able to easily make 3 different grinds for 3 different types of coffee by pressing down. Grinds super fast!Basic coffee grinder for small batches. Works as it should. Simple - you dont really need the instruction manual if you have ever uses an electric grinder (any brand) before.But is it durable? Looks looks like it but check back in 2-3 years.This coffee grinder is okay for the price . It works great and grinds the beans perfectly. It’s not very deep but gets the job done .I really like using this for one or two cups of coffee. It grinds really good and it is easy to dump the grounds out. I grounded a typical bag of coffee and it only took about 5 minutes.I wanted a second coffee bean grinder so that I can dedicate one for coffee and the other for spices. This grinder is not fancy with multiple settings for different types of coffee grounds, which makes this easier to use. I ground a full bag of beans in less than 5 minutes total, including cleaning up the grinder.Convenient, compact and decent grind from fine to medium. Coarse for a press will take some experimenting with pulsing. As with all blade grinders, will not grind v fine or espresso.Good value, compact. Too many nooks and crannies making removing grinds a pain.Terrible product. As others have said, the lid and, the pushbutton to start the grinding are very flimsy ( to say the least). In our case the unit died after than two weeks of use.
