Under the A to Z guarantee, this item cannot be replaced, so i decided to return it. Seller was responsive to questions BUT the address provided to send back item is in China containing chinese characters that I do not understand at all!About the grinder, it just blows away the food that you grind. The torque is strong that it pushes away the grain/food you grind. There is a hole in which I could not figure out where the hole is, so powder of the food keeps rushing out of that hole, spreading to your kitchen.
