Description

Make the perfect cup for one with the Grind & Brew Single-Serve Brewer by Cuisinart®. Designed to brew the most flavorful coffee with ease and convenience, this compact coffeemaker grinds whole beans to the ideal consistency for optimal flavor using a conical burr grinder, then feeds them into the HomeBarista ® reusable filter cup to be brewed. The HomeBarista ® can also be filled with pre-ground coffee or you can use your favorite single-use coffee pod. With three ways to brew and three size options, crafting the perfect cup is easy, fast, and extra enjoyable!

Features

Note 1)Too coarse a grind, too little coffee, or insufficiently tamping the grounds before brewing can all lead to inadequate pressure for a proper brew. 2)It is important to note that the amount of espresso extracted will vary depending on the grind size and amount and reprogramming may be needed when the size and amount are adjusted.Filter typeReusable

SINGLE-SERVE Enjoy three serving sizes with push button control – 8-ounces, 10-ounces or 12 ounces – compatible with any brand of single cup pod including Keurig K-Cup pods with an optional reusable filter cup so you can use your own coffee through our HomeBarista Cuisinart features

SUPERIOR FUNCTIONALITY Our single-serve brewer has a 48-ounce removable water reservoir that complements its charcoal water filter and removable drip tray for travel mugs

GRIND YOUR BEANS Our conical burr mill automatically grinds whole beans directly into the HomeBarista Reusable Filter Cup which is conveniently located in the storage compartment on the left side of the unit – The hopper holds 100-grams of beans and sealed lid keeps beans fresh

SIMPLIFY YOUR MORNING Fill your tank with ease featuring our easy-view water window and brew a single serving with freshly ground beans or use your favorite pod

I’ve had a multitude of different coffee makers, both pods and beans. The last one I had was a Tishcibo and I have to say it was the worst one I’ve ever encountered. It was very complicated if you wanted to get a quick cup of coffee, this one is very simple, very straightforward and it makes a great cup of coffee. It also was highly sensitive and things had to be just perfect or it wouldn’t work and it was most annoying. I don’t find that at all with this machine. It’s very straightforward and simple.it tends to be a quiet machine with the exception of the grinding, which I can’t complain about it all that’s a 15 second process. There are no coffee ground deposits in my cup. They do fly around when the grinding process is ongoing however, they give you a brush to make sure the pod that is holding the ground. The top is clean and you insert it clean and the coffee comes out ground free. There are some grounds that accumulated at the bottom but seriously over the course of several weeks it amounts to less than anyone needs to worry aboutI hope the salad workings of this machine continues. That’s why I went to a Cuisinart. I like the fact that you can grind your own beans and add a pod if you choose or guest chooses.
