I grind coffee every day and have been doing so with a basic blade grinder. I ordered this burr grinder to make grinding easier and produce a more even and consistent grind. The grinder was packed very securely and each individual component was individually wrapped. It comes with the grinder, hopper, storage container with rubber lid, two collars, additional gaskets and a cleaning brush (see pic). There was detailed setup and instruction manual, that also included pictures - which is always helpful for appliances. Setup took less than 5 minutes.Adding the beans is simple with the large hopper, and there are 51 levels of grind available. Along with the individual grind levels, this grinder categorizes them (i.e. drip, french press, etc.) to more easily allow for the correct grind size (see pic). I chose the french press grind level and was able to select how many cups of coffee I wanted ground. Within 45 seconds, coffee was ground for 8 cups and went straight into the metal storage container (see pic). When grinding, the machine was much quieter than I expected and the final grind was incredibly consistent. Almost no coffee grinds were dispensed outside of the container, which allowed for quick clean up (which is far better than the clean up following a traditional blade grinder).When I was done, I was able to store it easily on the counter as its slimline design allows for minimal counterspace use. The only thing that I wish was included was a small storage bag/container for the additional collars, gaskets and cleaning brush. Overall, I am thrilled with the ease of use and high quality of this burr grinder.
