Hand-made brass coffee mills are suitable for Turkish Coffee and French Press. Coffee can be milled coarser by loosening the screw found under the mill. Hand mill is the only and the most important product enabling holding together the coffee without losing its nice odor in its powdery form and without dispersing it, instead of grinding and scattering the coffee core. Sozen grinders have a very sensitive and adjustable grinding mechanism inside, which makes these grinders being a well-known mill brand all over the world.
