Description

Olive Zassenhaus mill and reinforced tool steel. It has been equipped with a grinding mechanism that allows you to grind coffee thoroughly. The adjustment of the coffee grind level according to your wishes is done smoothly via the knob under the crank.

Features

The grinding mechanism allows precise grinding of coffee that can be brewed in any way you like.

Thanks to the gentle grinding setting you can adjust the grain strength according to your personal wishes.

There is a button under the crank. When you turn it clockwise, coarse grains will form in the opposite direction.

I purchased with the intent of using for pour-over and espresso (and it functions well for these purposes). The adjustment thumbscrew has relatively course threads. In my experience the difference between a good and bad shot of espresso is about 1/8 of a turn on the knob, and the thumbscrew setting has the tendency to drift during grinding (does this more for fine setting than course setting). This requires close monitoring and readjustment during operation, which is inconvenient. I do not regret purchasing, but expected better from this price point.
