This was recommended to me by a barista friend who is a super coffee snob. He said he's tried 7 or 8 different grinders in this price range and the GEFU was by far the best one. It's extremely well made and the grind is very very consistent. Not sure how this product has such terrible reviews. I've used it for Aeropress, Espresso and French Press and it has been just as consistent as my Baratza encore. It's very well built, especially the handle, which has an extremely robust spline mechanism that should last for quite some time. My only gripe is that I wish it had a bigger container for the grounds. If you're doing a french press or drip it takes filling it up a couple of times, but it's perfect for aeropress or espresso.
