I’ve been hunting nonstop for the perfect coffee. I guess I’m picky. Pretty much gave up. But I found it ???. It’s rich an chocolaty. So delicious!Disclaimer… I am NOT a coffee snob. But I am a HUGE fan of blueberry coffee and I’ve been trying my way through all different brands. I like a strong blueberry flavor, and I would agree that this gives you that. But the coffee is quite bitter in my opinion. I use a Keurig and EZ-Cup pods/filters so I can’t speak to brewing a full pot. But the bitter aftertaste turns me off just enough that I probably won’t reorder this brand.Doesn’t taste a thing like coconut, very disappointed! Was hoping to find for a replacement for Godiva Chocolate Truffle coffee. This had a nail polish taste to it and I dumped it down the sink. Can't return it so I hope this is helpful if others are hunting for chocolate flavored coffee.ADDED:I also got the vanilla flavored coffee. It smells great in the bag and pretty good when brewed but has the typical chemical type taste associated with a lot of flavored coffees. It is not something I'd order. If you want something with a vanilla taste, I'd just get regular coffee and add some flavored creamer to it.ORIGINAL REVIEW FOR Jamaican Me Crazy version:This is listed as a flavored coffee but to me it doesn't taste flavored at all. It just tastes like good coffee. It is not remarkable in any way and I'm not sure I'd pay the price premium for it. It is smooth and goes down well with some sort of cream and sugar mix or without. I found people who normally use some sort of additive to their coffee were happy to drink this one black. Is it worth $20/lb? I wouldn't pay that much for it. I think you can get coffee just as good or better for less. I didn't find this coffee lacking in anyway, it just wasn't remarkable and at $20/lb ($14.95 for 12 ounces current list price) I want something REALLY good. This variety comes in pods as well and those are also very good. I didn't notice much difference between the taste of the pods and this bag of coffee. If you order this, I think you'll like it. I just think you can find a better coffee for less.Being that coffee is life, when I saw this caramel flavored one available from Vine, I requested it and here we are. This review is for: Fresh Roasted Coffee, Caramel Flavored Coffee, 12 oz, Medium Roast, Kosher, Ground. I also requested the Jamaican Me Crazy Coffee as well. This is a medium roasted coffee which is perfect for me. I ordered it on August 10th, and it arrived with a sticker on it showing the expiration date of August, 2023, so I am convinced this coffee is 100% fresh. It also tastes delicious. I thought the caramel flavoring was perfect, not so much as to overcome the coffee itself, but just enough to add a faint taste of sweetness in the background. Same with the Jamaican Me Crazy-I can't quite describe the flavor, but it's rich and slightly sweet. As soon as you even get close to the bag, you can smell the delicious aroma. For some reason, though, my husband thought it smelled like maple syrup. It smelled like yummy caramel to me, so take that for whatever it's worth. This coffee is delectable and I am definitely enjoying it. At the current asking price of $14.95 per 12 ounce bag, it is on the expensive side. I'll decide whether or not to buy more after I drink the last tasty cup of it.i've never been a huge fan of flavored coffee, but recently started trying a few different ones. i'm unfamiliar with the Jamaican Me Crazy flavor, but thought it sounded like a fun flavor to try. i actually like it a lot! Flavor is very smooth. i can taste notes of caramel and maybe Kahlua. It's a very mild flavor, not overpowering but definitely there. i normally drink my coffee black, but tried this both black and then with some cream and sugar. It was delicious both ways and would make a delicious iced coffee. i may be turning into a fan of flavored coffee.Coffee arrived fresh. It has a good grind. Package is resealable and it has a best buy date of 8/1/23. Price is average for a bag of flavored coffee.I drink coffee every day - I’m not addicted, I just need it really bad, lol! I typically drink a regular medium roast coffee with sweetener and creamer (usually either french vanilla or hazelnut). On occasion I like a flavored coffee though, with hazelnut being one of my favorites, so I was excited to give this coffee a try. I love the resealable bag (I wish more manufacturers/producer would use this type of bag for coffee) as it helps to keep the coffee fresher. Upon opening the bag you get a really great aroma - the typical hazelnut aroma with added chocolate notes. It smells terrific while brewing as well. The flavor is also very nice - it has a fairly strong hazelnut flavor (unlike the aroma when smelling the grounds out of the bag, you don’t get a chocolate note from the brewed coffee, just the hazelnut). It is smooth and there is a slight sweetness to it. It is definitely drinkable on its own with no sweetener/creamer, although I prefer some sweetener. I don’t use creamer when drinking this as I really like the flavor and don’t want to dilute it. So, as far as the coffee itself goes it is a winner for me. My only issue is that the price is a bit on the expensive side for a 12oz bag. Personally I would suggest opting for the 2 pound bag as it is a much better value. I hope you find this info helpful!
