I really like this unit , does an excellent job of grinding the coffee bean and doesn't create a mess when grinding. The other grinder I had always created a small mess when grinding.I love this coffee grinder, nose level being the most improvement over others I've had. There is one flaw, the grounds cup is plastic and holds static along with the grounds. When pouring into the coffee maker, grounds go everywhere instead of only in the filter, meaning you get grounds in your cup and have to clean it often. I'm in search of a glass the exact size to replace it.Adjusting the grind level took me a little bit to figure out but now I easily switch from espresso fine grind to French press course grind. It’s easier if you are using one type of coffee beans as switching between beans is a bit of a hassle. Others mention that it’s loud but grinding coffee is loud so I’m not sure what people expect!In general I like the grinder compared to the blade grinder it replaces. The number of cups setting produces inconsistent results. When I have it set at a number, say 8 cups, one day it produces more than 8 cups of grounds, the next day it produces less and once in a while it produces the right amount of grounds for 8 cups.We had another brand for several years that cost about $50 then. It began to sound like a screaming cat, replaced it with this product. The Ollygrin is one of the quietest grinders I have been exposed to. I had never heard of the brand before. It also does a nice job of grinding the coffee beans evenly, and has multiple settings to choose from.This Coffee grinder works very well. The multiple settings for Coffee Bean amount & Grind are why I bought this product. So far so good.Love it! Easy and quick with a large variety of settings.Easy to use. Love it.Decided to check whether or not it was used based on other reviews - definitely used, but the manufacturer includes a card claiming it's part of their testing process. Take that as you will. Grinds reasonable well, not quite fine enough for espresso, but that's not an issue for me.Kept plugging up on me. Had to clean it after every use, wasn’t impressed.
