Features

High Quality Conical Burr The coffee grinder uses 420 stainless steel conical burr(Diameter 48mm), which is durable, efficient and grind more uniform particles. Low temperature grinding maintains the original flavor of coffee, resulting in higher quality coffee.

25 Precision Adjustable Settings Provides 25 grinding settings from fine to coarse, our coffee grinder is perfect for any type of coffee you need, like turkish, espresso, french press, drip coffee, cold brew or pour-over.

2-12 Cups Available This conical coffee grinder has 2-12 cups to choose from, you just need to select the number of cups as needed by rotating the knob. Not only is the operation simple, but also the last setting can be remembered to avoid the complex operation of repeated settings.

2 Receiving Ways & Lighting Function 1. Use complimentary sealed ground coffee receiving cup to receive. 2. Use portafilter holder matching with a portafilter(not included) to receive. 3. At the same time, it is also equipped with a LED light, to see more clearly how much beans have been ground.

Large & Transparent & Detachable The grinder hopper and receiving cup are both transparent and slightly gray to prevent the sunlight from affecting the taste. They all have large capacity(250g of beans, 160g of powdered beans) and removable for better cleaning using a brush.

Years ago I had a burr coffee grinder, but I wasn’t a fan of its slowness, and I lent it to someone who can’t find it. Now that cold-brew coffee is making a comeback and I have a filter that lets me brew it in a quart mason jar, I want a coffee grinder that can produce a coarse grind with evenly sized pieces. This coffee grinder is what I've been waiting for.The Flyseago coffee grinder comes with a manual, but I still had a lot of questions about how to put it together and use it. There was an email address on a card that came with the grinder, and I first sent my questions to that address, but I never got an answer. So then I went through Amazon to contact the seller and got very quick responses. The seller was very patient and responded to all my questions. One of my problems was that the porta-filter holder was already inserted, and no matter how hard I pulled on it, I couldn’t get it out. I finally figured out that I had to grip it at the very top to be able to get it out. I still don’t know why that is the only way it works, but I was able to remove it so that I could get the grinding chamber into position. The burr part of the grinder fell out while I was wrestling with the porta-filter holder, but apparently that’s how the grinder is made, and it’s easy to drop that piece back into position again. There’s also a flexible ring (I think it’s probably silicone) that comes out pretty easily, but it’s not hard to fit back in either.Well, I was able to proceed with using the grinder, and I must have done things right, because it worked! My first test was for a fine grind to make a pot of drip coffee. I measured the amount of beans I usually grind in my blade grinder and then transferred them into the hopper of the Flyseago grinder. I set the grind to a number in the middle of the “medium” range (for drip) and set the cups to some high number, because I wanted to grind all of the beans, and I didn't know how many cups that would be. I put on ear protection (I also do that for the blade grinder, food processor, stick blender, etc.) and started the grinder. When it had ground all the beans I put in, I stopped it. I didn’t know whether it would stop when the beans ran out, and apparently it doesn't. The grind was beautiful and even. And it made a great pot of coffee.I then tried a coarse grind for cold-brewed coffee. I have no idea how to predict the volume of ground coffee from the volume of whole beans: I was aiming for 3/4 cup of ground coffee, but 1 cup of whole beans made way more than that. I used all the coffee I'd ground and ended up with a super-concentrated cold-brew that way, but that’s fine, because it can easily be diluted. I chose a grind setting in the middle of the coarse range, and next time I think I’ll try the coarsest grind. One thing I still can’t figure out is that there is a caution in the manual that says not to store beans in the bean hopper and not to store ground coffee in the grinding chamber. I’m fine with that, but I do wonder why both containers have tight-fitting lids. The grinding chamber needs to be open during grinding to receive the ground coffee, but it can be completely sealed. The manual says to empty the grinding chamber after you've finished grinding coffee, so when and why would you need to put the sealing cap on? I don't plan to store ground coffee (the main point of grinding your own coffee is to have it freshly ground), and whole beans should be stored in an opaque airtight container, so it's not an issue for me, but I am curious.I am so happy to have this burr coffee grinder. It’s beautiful, and it does what I need.
